Overview

With Suara in your assistant you can make free sample posts and check holidays, festive calendars, posting times, trending music, review reply templates and the Restaurant Index without an account. After you sign in, you can see your brand, this week's posts and how they did, approve or move posts, add photos and style notes, and send requests to the Suara team.

Suara has no public REST API and no API keys. The MCP server below is the way apps connect to Suara.

Address

https://trysuara.com/mcp

MCP over Streamable HTTP: JSON-RPC 2.0 in a single POST, with no session to keep. Supported protocol versions: 2025-11-25, 2025-06-18 and 2025-03-26. Opening the address in a browser shows a short page for people instead.

Nothing is posted without the owner's yes. Two tools can publish, both marked as ones that can't be undone: approve_post, which the assistant uses only when the owner has clearly said to approve that post, and reschedule_post, which only works on a post already approved and shows the change and waits for a yes first.

ChatGPT

In ChatGPT's settings, turn on Developer mode (it lets you add an app by its address).
Add a new app and paste https://trysuara.com/mcp.
Ask for 3 sample posts for your business, no account needed. To see your own week, sign in when ChatGPT asks.

Other MCP apps

Any app that speaks MCP over HTTP can use the address. The no-account tools work without sign-in. Signing in needs an app that supports OAuth with PKCE; we have only tested sign-in in ChatGPT.

Suara isn't in the ChatGPT app directory yet, so for now it's added by its address.

Sign-in and privacy

An email code, no password. When a tool needs your account, your assistant opens Suara's sign-in. You type your email and we send a 6-digit code. New to Suara? After the code, it asks about your business and sets up your account.
One business per sign-in. Your access names one business. A tool can't reach another business's brand or posts, whatever it's asked.
Your social passwords stay with the platform. Connecting Instagram, Facebook or TikTok happens on the platform's own login page. Instagram must be a Business or Creator account.
What we keep. For each tool call: which tool, which app, whether it worked, and when. Not your words and not the answer. Requests you send with send_to_suara or request_post_change, photos you add with add_photo and notes you save with add_style_note stay with your Suara account so the team can act on them, and partner applications go to the team. Sample pictures are shared through links that expire after 7 days.
Disconnect any time. Remove Suara in your assistant's settings. Your Suara account and posts stay until you ask us to delete them.

Limits

What	Limit	Notes
Tool calls	30 a minute, no hourly cap	Per person: the id ChatGPT sends for you, your business when signed in, or else your connection. Connecting and listing tools (initialize, tools/list, ping) never count. Over it, the call returns a rate_limited error with retryAfterSeconds.
Time per call	60 seconds	A slower call stops and says to try again. The free sample keeps going in the background; ask again for it.
Free sample	One a day per person	Counted per Malaysia day, by the id ChatGPT sends; apps that send none share one. Samples can also pause when the monthly sample budget runs out.
Partner applications	10 a day per person	Counted per day (UTC).
Sign-in codes	6 per email and 20 per internet address a day	The sign-in page expires after 15 minutes; 5 wrong codes and you start again.
Access	1 hour, renewed for up to 60 days	Your assistant renews it on its own. After 60 days without use, sign in again.
Connect links	1 hour	From connect_social_account.

Posting times cover Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Singapore, Jakarta, Manila, Bangkok, New York, Los Angeles, Toronto, Vancouver, London, Sydney, Melbourne and Dubai.
