Terms of Use

Last updated: 22 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Suara when you use trysuara.com, sign up for your free first week, or use the Suara service. Please read them. You accept them by ticking the box when you sign up, or by replying "I agree" when we send them to you on Instagram or another chat. If you do not agree, please do not use Suara. Questions go to rez@trysuara.com.

1. Who we are

Suara ("Suara", "we", "us") is run by its founders. We are setting up our company and will add its name, registration number and address here when that is done. "You" means the person using Suara, and, if you use Suara for a business, that business too. If you accept these terms for a business, you confirm you are allowed to do so on its behalf.

You must be at least 18 to use Suara.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. It forms part of these terms.

2. Your free first week

Your first week of posts is free. You do not need a card, and it does not commit you to a paid plan.

To make it, we use your business's public photos (from its Instagram and Google Maps listing) and any photos you send us, as our Privacy Policy explains. The free first week is one per business. We may decline a signup, for example if we cannot find enough of your own photos, or if your business is not one we can serve well yet.

Anything we say about features or prices describes our current plans, and plans can change.

3. Using the website

You may use trysuara.com for its intended purpose: to learn about Suara, sign up and use the service. Please do not:

  • try to break, overload, or get around the security of the site
  • scrape, copy or harvest the site or its content in bulk, or use automated tools to sign up
  • submit false information, or sign up someone else without their permission
  • copy our design, text or software to build a competing service

4. Your account

When you sign up, we set up an account for your business. Keep your login details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including anything done by people you give access to.

If you connect a social media account, or chat with Suara on Instagram, Telegram or in a group chat, you are responsible for who has access to those accounts too.

5. The Suara service

Suara makes social media posts, images and captions, for your business in your brand, using the photos, logo and information you give us. Suara remembers the corrections you give it, so future posts reflect them.

We use AI tools, together with our own templates and processes, to make your posts. We aim to use only facts about your business that you have given us or that are publicly listed for your business, and we avoid making claims about your business that you have not given us. Even so, AI can make mistakes, which is why you approve every post (see section 7).

Depending on your plan, you can download approved posts, or have them scheduled and published to social accounts you connect through our publishing partner. Suara only publishes a post after you have connected the account and approved that post.

6. Your content and your responsibilities

"Your content" means everything you give us: photos, logos, brand details, text, prices, facts about your business, feedback and messages.

You are responsible for your content. By giving it to us, you confirm that:

  • you own it, or have the rights and permissions needed to use it and to let us use it as these terms describe
  • anyone identifiable in your photos has agreed to appear in marketing for your business, where the law requires it
  • the facts you give us about your business, such as prices, offers, opening hours and product details, are true and up to date
  • your content does not break any law or anyone else's rights

If you work in a regulated field, for example health, medical, aesthetics, financial or legal services, you are responsible for making sure your posts meet the advertising rules that apply to you.

7. You approve every post

You review and approve every post before it is published or used. Approval is your check on accuracy. Before you approve, please check:

  • names, prices, dates, spelling and any other facts
  • that images accurately represent your products, services and premises
  • that the post is suitable for your audience and follows the rules of the platform you post on

Once you approve a post, it is your post. You are responsible for publishing it and for what it says.

8. No guaranteed results

We work hard to make posts that look good and sound like you. But we cannot control how social platforms or people respond. Suara does not guarantee any particular reach, engagement, followers, leads, bookings or sales.

9. Prices and payment

Paid plans and services are shown with their prices on trysuara.com.

  • Prices. The price of your plan is the one shown when you sign up. Where we show a price in your local currency, that figure is for guidance only. You are billed in the currency shown at checkout.
  • Billing. Paid plans are billed in advance each billing period (for example, monthly) through our payment provider, Stripe, until you cancel. Taxes are added where required.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then. Refunds: for content plans, you can ask for a refund within the first week of your first paid period. For Story Films, you can ask for a refund up to the end of the script stage, before filming or editing starts.
  • Price changes. We may change our prices. We will tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.
  • Free tier. We may offer a free tier with limits, for example on the number of posts or downloads. We may change those limits, or end the free tier, with reasonable notice.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may pause your plan until it is paid.

Nothing in these terms takes away any right to a refund or remedy you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

10. Acceptable use

You must not use Suara to create or publish content that:

  • is illegal, or promotes illegal activity
  • is false or misleading, including made-up reviews, testimonials, results or before-and-after images
  • makes health, medical or financial claims you cannot back up
  • is hateful, harassing, threatening or discriminatory, or is sexually explicit
  • impersonates another person, business or brand, or suggests a connection with them that does not exist
  • uses someone else's photos, logos, trademarks or other work without permission
  • shares someone's personal information without their permission

You must also not try to misuse the service itself, for example by trying to get Suara to produce harmful content, reverse-engineering it, reselling it without our agreement, or using it in a way that harms other customers.

We may decline to make a post, remove content, or suspend your account if we reasonably believe these rules are being broken. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

11. Who owns what

You keep your rights. You keep ownership of your content. As between you and Suara, you also own the posts we make for you, once you have approved them. You may use them however you like, on any platform, for as long as you like, including after you stop using Suara.

What you let us do. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, copy, edit, adapt and process your content, and to share it with our service providers, only as needed to provide and improve the service for you. This licence ends when your content is deleted under our Privacy Policy. We will not use your content to promote Suara, for example as a showcase example, without your permission.

What we keep. Suara keeps all rights in its software, templates, design systems, prompts, processes, the Suara name and brand, and the website. Using Suara does not give you any rights in these, other than the right to use the service and the posts made for you. Other businesses may receive posts that use the same templates or a similar style as yours. They will not receive your photos, logo or brand details.

AI output. Posts are made with the help of AI tools. The law on who owns AI-assisted content is still developing, and it may differ between countries. We give you whatever rights we have in your approved posts, but we cannot promise that every part of every post is protected by copyright.

Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions about Suara, we may use them to improve Suara without owing you anything.

12. Social platforms and other third parties

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram and other platforms are run by other companies. When you post there, their rules apply, including their rules on advertising, branded content and restricted products.

We are not responsible for what those platforms do, including removing posts, limiting reach, changing their features or rules, or suspending accounts. If a platform changes how it works, some Suara features, such as publishing, may stop working or change.

Publishing is handled through our publishing partner, Zernio, and payments through Stripe. Their own terms may also apply to you when you use those features.

13. Availability and changes to Suara

We aim to keep Suara running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may need to pause it for maintenance, fixes or reasons outside our control.

Suara is a young product and will change. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something important to a paid plan, we will tell you in advance, and you can cancel.

Please keep your own copies of posts you want to keep.

14. Disclaimers

We provide Suara with reasonable care and skill. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, Suara is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not make any other promises, for example that Suara will meet every need you have, or that every post will be free of errors.

Some countries do not allow certain promises or rights to be excluded. If you are a consumer, or if the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be excluded, nothing in these terms affects those rights.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities or loss of goodwill.
  • We are not liable for problems caused by content you approved or published, by information you gave us that was wrong, or by the actions of social platforms or other third parties.
  • Our total liability to you for all claims relating to Suara is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and CAD 100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law that applies.

16. Your responsibility to us

If someone makes a claim against us because of your content, or because you broke these terms or the law, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses that result. This applies to the extent the claim was caused by you. We will tell you about the claim promptly and let you take part in how it is handled.

17. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Suara or close your account at any time by emailing rez@trysuara.com. For paid plans, section 9 explains when cancellation takes effect.

We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if you do not pay, or if we have to for legal reasons. Where it is reasonable, we will give you notice first. If we stop offering Suara altogether, we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to download your approved posts, and refund any fees you have paid in advance for the period after it stops.

When the agreement ends, we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as ownership, limitation of liability and governing law, continue after it ends.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of British Columbia, Canada. If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring a claim in the courts where you live, and the mandatory consumer laws of your country still apply to you.

If you have a problem, please contact us first. Most issues can be sorted out quickly by talking.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add plans or features. We will change the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the service at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Suara after that, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, you can stop using Suara and cancel.

20. General

  • These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Suara.
  • If a court finds part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
  • You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our agreement. We may transfer ours to a company that takes over Suara, and we will tell you if that happens.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
