# Suara

> Suara (trysuara.com) is a social media service for owner-run small businesses, anywhere in the world: cafés and restaurants, bakeries, salons, studios and classes, clinics and spas, shops, florists, makers and more. The owner shares their Instagram or website, and Suara makes a week of finished posts every week from the business's real photos, in its own look and in the language its customers speak. The owner approves each post in a Telegram chat with their own assistant, and once approved we post it for them on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Your first week of posts is free, no card needed.

## Who it is for

Owner-run small businesses that know they should post more but never have the time, in any sector and any country. Suara started in Malaysia and works with owners wherever they are, in the language their customers speak. No marketing person, designer or professional photos are needed to start.

## How it works

1. Share your Instagram or your website at https://trysuara.com/app/start/.
2. We read your business first: what you sell, your photos, your look and your voice, and show you what we learned. The brand scan is free, no card needed.
3. Every week we make a week of posts, each with a caption and hashtags, plus Stories made from them.
4. You approve or change each post in a Telegram chat with your own assistant, in plain words ("less pink", "more about Fridays", "never say best").
5. Every correction and never-say rule is kept as brand memory and applied to every future post, not just the one you fixed.
6. Once you approve, we post it for you on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Nothing is posted without your approval.
7. Every Sunday you get a weekly report: reach, likes, comments, saves and shares for each post, and how your followers changed.

## What is included

- A week of posts every week, with Stories made from them. A post can be a single image or a carousel.
- Posting to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok for you, after you approve each post.
- Captions and hashtags in your voice, in whatever language your customers speak, or a mix (for example French and English, Arabic and English, Farsi and English, or Malay and English).
- Never-say rules and corrections kept as brand memory.
- A weekly report every Sunday, sent to the owner.
- Same-day turnaround on urgent one-off posts (a special, a closure, a change of hours), usually within a few hours.
- A person on our team looks over every batch during the founding period.

- After that, one plan: RM599 a month in Malaysia, CAD199 a month in Canada, US$149 a month everywhere else.

## Images and AI

- We start from the business's real photos: their Instagram, website, or anything the owner sends. Suara never uses stock photos.
- Our work is AI-assisted, and the owner sees every post before anything goes out. When a post needs something the owner has no photo of (a background, a seasonal scene), it is made in the business's style, and the owner sees it first.
- We never show products, dishes or details the business does not have.

## What we will not write

We write only from what the owner tells us and what is on their own pages. By default we leave out claims we cannot trace back to the owner, such as "best in town", health claims ("cure", "guaranteed", "permanent"), certifications the owner has not told us about, and made-up urgency such as "selling out fast". Owners can add their own never-say rules for any topic, word, claim, promotion or product.

## Formats

Single images, carousels and Stories, posted to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Your own video clips can be carousel slides and Stories; single Reels are coming soon.

## FAQ

**Will I see every post before it goes out?** Yes. Nothing is posted without the owner's approval.

**Does anything go out automatically if I don't reply?** No. If the owner does not reply, nothing is posted.

**Where do I approve posts?** In a Telegram chat with your own Suara assistant. You can approve, ask for changes, or add a never-say rule there.

**What do I need to connect Instagram?** Direct posting needs an Instagram Business or Creator account. The owner connects once through the platform's own login.

**Can my captions be in my language?** Yes. Captions can be in whatever language your customers speak, or a mix.

**How do I know if it is working?** Every Sunday a weekly report shows reach, likes, comments, saves and shares for each post, and how your followers changed.

**Is there human review?** Yes. During the founding period a person on our team looks over every batch.

**How fast is an urgent one-off post?** The same day, usually within a few hours.

**Is Suara an agency or software?** A service. Posts are made with AI assistance and checked by our team, and the owner approves them by message.

## Partner program (for creators, educators and social media managers)

Suara has a commission-only partner program: https://trysuara.com/partners
- Who it's for: content and UGC creators whose audience includes small business owners, educators and coaches who teach small business owners, owner-creators who run a business and post about it, and social media managers, for their current clients or businesses they can't take on.
- What partners earn: the first 20 partners get 30% of what each referred business pays, every month for as long as that business keeps paying (lifetime, no 12-month cap). Partners after the first 20 get 25% for 12 months per business. One business pays RM599 a month in Malaysia, CA$199 in Canada, US$149 elsewhere, so that is about RM180, CA$60 or US$45 a month per business.
- First-sale bonus: 100% of the first month on a partner's first paying business (instead of 30%), up to one month of the plan price, paid after a 30-day hold.
- Commission is only on fees businesses actually pay (not tax or refunds) and stops if the business cancels.
- Payouts: once a month by Wise, Stripe or local bank transfer where available. Minimum about US$25 in the partner's currency; below that it rolls over.
- Businesses that join through a partner's link get 2 weeks free instead of 1, no card.
- Partners get Suara free for their own business while they are active (active means their first referred business has paid).
- No follower minimum, and partners don't need to be Suara customers. Apply at https://trysuara.com/partners. Every application is read.
- Rules: disclose the commission (#ad, #affiliate or the platform's paid partnership label, and in words), only say what's true about Suara (no promised results), no spam or link-drops in other businesses' comments, no paid ads on the Suara name, no coupon or deal sites, no referring your own business, and don't pretend to be Suara staff. Either side can end it with 7 days' notice.
