Short answer: an agency gives you a team, strategy meetings and often photo or video shoots and paid ads. Suara gives a small business a finished week of posts made from the photos it already has, approved in a chat, without meetings. If you need shoots, campaigns or ads run for you, an agency is the better fit. If you need your feed to look good and go out every week without eating your time, Suara is built for that.
Side by side
| Social media agency | Suara | |
|---|---|---|
| How you work together | Briefs, calls, monthly meetings | You send photos and news in a chat; your week comes back to approve |
| Who makes the posts | An account team: designer, copywriter, account manager | Suara, from your own photos, with a person on our team checking every batch during the founding period |
| Photo and video shoots | Often included or offered | Not included: we start from the photos and clips you already have |
| Paid ads | Often offered | Not offered |
| Approval | Usually by email or a shared document | Approve or change each post in the chat; nothing goes out without your yes |
| Your time each week | Meetings plus feedback rounds | A few minutes to look and approve |
| Price | Varies by agency and market, usually a monthly retainer | Depends on the business: enquire. Your first week is free |
Where agencies win
- You are launching a new brand or a big campaign and need strategy, shoots and ads together.
- You want one team to also handle PR, influencers, events or a website.
- You need professional photography or video made on location.
- You want regular strategy meetings and a named account manager.
Where Suara fits better
- You already have photos on your phone but no time to turn them into posts.
- You want a consistent feed every week without briefs or meetings.
- You want to see and approve every single post before it goes out.
- Your customers read more than one language, and you want captions in each, or a mix.
Can you use both?
Yes. Some businesses use an agency for a launch or a seasonal campaign and keep the everyday feed running with Suara. Corrections you give Suara, like "never say best in town", are kept as brand memory, so the everyday posts stay consistent whatever else is happening.
How Suara works
Share your Instagram or website. Suara reads your business, then makes a week of posts every week from your real photos, in your look and voice, with Stories made from them. You approve or change each post in a Telegram chat with your own assistant, and nothing is posted until you say yes. Once approved, we post it for you on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. During the founding period, a person on our team looks over every batch before it reaches you.
Questions
Do I still own my Instagram?
Yes. You connect through Instagram's own login, and you can disconnect at any time by asking your Suara assistant or from your Instagram settings.
Do you post without my approval?
No. Every post is sent to you first, and nothing goes out until you approve it. If you do not reply, nothing is posted.
What if I do not like a post?
Tell your assistant in the chat what to change, in plain words, and you get a new version. The correction is remembered for future posts.
