# Suara > Suara (trysuara.com) is a social media service for restaurants, cafés and other small businesses, anywhere in the world. From one link to a business's Google listing or website, our team makes finished Instagram and Facebook posts in the business's own look and voice. The owner approves every post from their phone, and we post it for them. Suara works with businesses in any country, and is currently offering founding businesses a free first week. No marketing person, designer or professional photos are needed to start. ## How it works 1. Share one link: your Google listing or your website. 2. We read your business first: what you sell, your hours, your photos, your look and your voice. We show you what we learned before we start. 3. We make your month: posts designed as one consistent feed, each with a caption and hashtags. 4. You reply to edit or approve, by message, in plain words ("less pink", "more about Fridays", "never say best"). 5. Every correction is kept as brand memory and applied to every future post, not just the one you fixed. 6. Once you approve, we post it for you on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Nothing goes out without your approval. A quick phone photo is fine; we clean it up and design around it. - Our work is AI-assisted and human-checked. AI helps edit photos, lay out designs and, when there is no photo of something, create an image that matches what the business actually sells. - We never show products, dishes or details the business does not have. Suara never uses stock photos. When a post needs something the owner has no photo of (a background, a seasonal scene), Suara creates it in their style, and the owner sees it before anything goes out. ## What we will not write We write only from what the owner tells us and what is on their public listing. By default we leave out claims we cannot trace back to the owner, such as "best in town", health claims, certifications the owner has not told us about, and made-up urgency such as "selling out fast". Owners can add their own never-say rules for any topic, word, claim, promotion or product. ## Formats Static posts, carousels and Stories, plus TikTok photo posts with music. Your own video clips can be carousel slides and Stories; single Reels are coming soon. ## FAQ **Will I see every post before it goes out?** Yes. Nothing is posted without the owner's approval. **Does anything go out automatically if I don't reply?** No. If the owner does not reply, nothing is posted. **How do you connect to Instagram and Facebook, and can I revoke it?** The owner connects once through Instagram and Facebook's own secure login; Suara only asks for permission to publish posts and read their performance, and never sees the password. They can disconnect at any time by asking their Suara assistant, or from their Instagram or Facebook settings. Direct posting needs an Instagram Business or Creator account (no Facebook Page needed for Instagram); the owner can always download the files and post them themselves instead. **Is there human review?** Yes. During the founding period a person on our team looks over every batch before it reaches the owner. **What if something inaccurate goes out after I approve it?** Tell us and we fix or replace the post straight away and add a rule so it does not happen again. The owner can also edit or delete any post on their own page at any time. **How fast is an urgent one-off post?** The same day, usually within a few hours.
